The Swimming pool will be open from May to September (inclusive). Please check before booking for pool availability outside these months. The cost of cleaning the pool is included in the prices shown on the bookings page.

Linen is included in the price and consists of bed linen, towels (but not pool towels), bath mats and tea towels. Please indicate the number of single/ double and cot beds required on the booking form. Linen is changed weekly.

Prices for smaller group bookings and out of season breaks of less than one week duration, may be available subject to availability.

A refundable breakages deposit of £300 is required for all bookings. This will be returned, less any necessary deductions, within two weeks of the end of the Rental Period. Refunds made via foreign banks often incur additional bank charges.

Changeover day is Saturday . Arrivals are kindly requested to not arrive before 4pm, to ensure that sufficient time is available for cleaning the house. We would ask that you leave the property by 10am on the day of departure.

Reduction to the weekly tariff for holidays in excess of two weeks duration is by arrangement at the time of the initial booking.

Central Heating/ Logs can be provided at a cost of EUR 60.00 per week and arranged at the time of the initial booking.

Babies and Children are welcome at Le Coustalou (travel cot and high chair are available for use) but must be supervised at all times , due to the house having a number of staircases, a pool and unfenced areas.

We have a no smoking policy inside the house, thank you.
